I am writing you on behalf of the National Federation of the Blind of Georgia. For over forty years, our organization has been standing strong in its goal of changing what it means to be blind. We believe that the real problem of blindness is not the loss of eye sight. The real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of information which exists. We believe that with proper training and opportunity, blindness is only a physical nuisance.

The National Federation of the Blind of Georgia is a volunteer consumer advocacy organization; currently maintaining tax exempt status under section 501C-3 of the Internal Revenue code. The ultimate purpose of the National Federation of the Blind of Georgia is the complete integration of the blind into society on a basis of equality. Our organization works aggressively to empower blind people with a positive self-concept of independence and self-worth, while simultaneously educating the public about the true potential of the blind.

We are contacting you to request your participation as a sponsor for our 47th Annual State Convention. Our convention provides an opportunity for blind citizens in the state of Georgia to network and strategize on best practices for employment, social development, education, and overall independence in the state of Georgia. We are hoping that your company will support our organization by agreeing to provide a monetary donation during the convention on Friday, November 6th through Sunday, November 8th, 2020 on the Zoom platform.

To say thank you to you for your donation, our diamond sponsors will have an opportunity to speak during general session and we will provide all our sponsors with an opportunity to place an ad on our NFBGA website. and give each sponsor recognition throughout the convention General Sessions.

Diamond $1,000 – Our Diamond level sponsors will receive a full page ad on our convention sponsors webpage;  recognition throughout convention
General Sessions: a speaking opportunity during the General Session.

Gold $500 – Our Gold level sponsors will receive a full page ad on our convention sponsors webpage; recognition throughout convention General Sessions.

Silver $250 – Our Silver level sponsors will receive a half page ad on our convention sponsors webpage; recognition throughout convention General Sessions.
